Ingredients

200 g spaghetti
200 g salmon fillet, diced
200 ml single cream
1 tbsp crème fraîche
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
onion, chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cream cheese

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the garlic and the onion and fry over medium heat until lucent. Add the salmon, sprinkle with lemon juice and cook over low heat until the fish is just done. Pour in the single cream, cream cheese and the crème fraîche. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for some minutes. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss.

Serve sprinkled with Parsley and Parmesan cheese.
