Ingredients

ripe kiwi, peeled and diced
1/2  banana, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
400 g sugar
1/2  red chili, seeded and sliced
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp curry powder
  salt and cayenne pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

Allow the chutney to cool, before serving.

You may fill the chutney into sterilized jars and store at a cool place for 4-6 weeks.
