Ingredients

sundried tomatoes in oil
1 bunch(es) chives
hard boiled eggs
60 slice(s) salami, approx. 160g
baguette, cut into 20 small slices
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Purée the tomatoes with some of the oil. Cut the chives in rings and chop the boiled eggs. Carefully mix egg and chives.

Cut the salami slices up to the middle, spread with the tomato paste, roll them to a cone and fill the cones with egg and chives.

Place onto each bread three "salami cones".
