Ingredients
| 1 | long frying sausage |
| 3 | eggs |
| salt and pepper | |
| herbs, to taste |
Method
Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a
Cut the sausage open but leave a 2 cm piece on one side uncut. Fold the cut parts outside into a heart shape and fix with a toothpick. Fry the sausage slightly on both sides.
Mix the eggs with the seasoning and fry as scrambled eggs until half cooked. Then pour the eggs into the heart shape of the sausage and cook until set.
