Ingredients

chicken breast tenderloins, sliced
1 tbsp curry powder
300 g apple sauce
250 g canned lentils, drained
1 tbsp instant vegetable stock
150 g yoghurt
  salt and pepper
  oil
 some parsley, chopped
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the chicken over medium heat from all sides until golden. Reduce the heat and season with the curry powder. Pour in the apple sauce, lentils and 4 tablespoons of the drained liquid from the lentils. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour in the yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Garnish with parsley and serve with rice.
