Ingredients

250 g lean beef mince
carrot, sliced
spring onion, sliced
2 cup(s) beef stock
  salt and pepper
  paprika powder
1 tbsp butter
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Season the mince meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

In a saucepan, heat the butter and cook the mince meat over medium heat. Mash with a fork and cook until the meat is brown and crumbly. Add the spring onion and carrot and cook for 5 more minutes. Pour in the beef stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for at least 10 more minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with bread.
