Ingredients

pork medallions
  salt and pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 sprig(s) rosemary
1 clove(s) garlic, mashed
125 g mozzarella cheese, cut into 6 slices
125 ml tomato sauce
1 large can(s) mushrooms
  paprika powder

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Season the pork medallions with salt and pepper.

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the pork medallions and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes from both sides. Add the garlic and the rosemary. Pour in the mushrooms and the tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt, paprika powder and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Top each pork medallions with a slice of Mozzarella. Cover and cook until the cheese has melted.

Serve with potatoes.
