Ingredients

1 large can(s) pears, halved, 460g
50 g glaze cherries
30 g Amarettini biscuits
125 g mascarpone
125 g curd cheese
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp icing sugar, sieved
25 g couverture

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Drain the pears. Lightly flatten the round side of the pears by cutting off gently a little bit.

Dice the glazed cherries. Roughly crumble the Amarettini. Stir together the curd cheese, Mascarpone, milk and icing sugar. Fold in the Amarettini and the cherries.

Fill the pear halves with the mixture.

Melt the couverture over low heat. Spoon in a freezer bag, cut off an edge of the bag and use it as an icing bag. Extrude the couverture in lines on the pears.

Allow the couverture to cool and arrange the pears on a serving platter.
