Ingredients

red bell pepper, sliced
carrots, sliced
1 bunch(es) spring onions, sliced
chicken breast fillets, sliced
200 g bean sprouts
  soy sauce
  Chinese five-spice powder
 some sesame oil
 some sweet chili sauce

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a wok, heat the oil. Stir-fry the chicken over high heat until crispy. Add the carrots and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the spring onions and the bean spouts and stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes.

Season to taste with five-spice powder, soy sauce and chili sauce. Serve with rice.
