Ingredients

tomato, diced
3 large mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp bamboo shoots, cut in thin stripes
eggs, beaten
700 ml chicken stock
1/2 tsp glutamate
2 tbsp peas, cooked
1 tsp sesame oil
  soy sauce
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add the bamboo, mushrooms and tomato. Cook for 1 minute. Season to taste with soy sauce. Add the glutamate and the beaten eggs and cook for 3 more minutes. Stir in the oil and the peas and let steep for another minute.

Serve hot in small bowls.

Hallo,

glutamate is very unhealthy and therefor I rate this recipe as inedible. Why donīt you try it with some nice spices instead?
