Ingredients

500 g escalopes of turkey breast
400 g mushrooms, sliced
onions, chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
200 g crème fraîche
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
  salt and pepper

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the turkey escalopes and fry over high heat from both sides for 2-3 minutes. Remove the meat and set aside.

Place into the pan the mushrooms, onions and garlic and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Return the escalopes together with their developed juice, stir slightly, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with parsley.
