Ingredients

1 l milk
180 g pudding rice
1 pack(s) vanilla sugar
85 g sugar
500 g raspberries
75 g icing sugar
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil. Add the rice and bring to the boil again. Reduce the heat, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar and cook for 5-10 more minutes.

In a bowl, mix together the raspberries and the icing sugar. Serve the raspberries with warm or cold rice pudding.
