Ingredients

salmon fillet, about 200g each
100 g butter
4 tbsp honey
100 ml lemon juice
2 handful chopped almonds
  salt and pepper

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Coat the salmon fillets with lemon juice and season with salt on both sides. Allow to steep for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Place the salmon in a buttered casserole. Coat with warm honey and season with pepper. Sprinkle with the almonds. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the almonds are slightly browned.

Serve the fish with potatoes and salad.
