Mustard Sauce

Great Sauce for pork or for prawn or crayfish

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup(s) sugar
3/4 cup(s) vinegar
2 tbsp mustard powder
3 medium eggs
1 tbsp cornflour
 pinch(es) salt, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min Resting time: ca. 1 hr / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Simmer over low temperature stirring frequently for approximately 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Allow to cool and serve the sauce with smoked pork, prawn or crab sticks.
