Ingredients

500 g green beans, cleaned and sliced
3 tbsp bacon, finely diced
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp beef stock
1 medium onion, finely chopped
 some savory, finely chopped
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min Resting time: ca. 1 hr / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cook the green beans in salted water until soft, but still a bit firm to the bite.

In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, beef stock, bacon and onion. Season with salt, pepper and savory. Pour the marinade over the cooked beans and mix well.

Let steep for 1 hour before serving.
