Pasta with Blue Cheese and Ham

Ingredients

400 g pasta
  salt and pepper, to taste
1 stalk(s) leek, sliced
red pepper, diced
200 g ham, diced
150 g blue cheese, crumbled
150 g mascarpone
2 tbsp olive oil
100 ml milk
2 tbsp sage
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

In a saucepan, heat the oil and add leek, pepper, ham, mascarpone, milk, cheese and sage. Cook stirring over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place the cooked pasta in a large serving bowl and toss in the ham sauce. Garnish withe some sage leaves.
