Ingredients

400 g rice
500 g mushroom, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
200 ml single cream
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  lemon juice
  salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cook the rice until tender.

In a saucepan, fry the onion and garlic in oil until lucent. Add the mushroom and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Stir in the single cream and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the parsley. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the rice with the mushroom sauce.
