Ingredients

vanilla pod, seeds
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
250 ml coconut milk
250 ml milk
3 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan melt the butter. Add the flour and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the coconut milk, milk and vanilla seeds. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring.

Season to taste with the white and brown sugar and serve hot.
