Ingredients

650 ml double cream
3 large tangerines, juiced and zested
3 tbsp caster sugar
1 medium lemon, juiced
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min Resting time: ca. 2 hrs / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, mix together the tangerine zests and the double cream. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes over low heat. Set aside and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Remove the zests from the cream.

Reheat the cream and bring close to boil. Add the sugar and the juices. Stir the mixture for 2 minutes, until smooth. Cool for 2 hours.

Pour the cream into glasses, garnish with tangerine slices and serve.
