Ingredients
| 1 small | beetroot, uncooked |
| 1/2 | lime, freshly squeezed |
| 25 ml | tequila, gold |
| 15 ml | orange liqueur |
| 15 ml | dark chocolate liqueur |
| 25 ml | beetroot juice |
| 1 tsp | sugar syrup |
| some | ice |
| salt |
Method

Peel the beetroot, cut it into small cubes and mash it a little bit with a fork.
In a cocktail shaker, combine beetroot, juices, tequila gold, liqueurs, sugar syrup and ice. Shake well.
Place some salt on a plate, wet the rim of a glass and dip it into the salt.
Carefully pour the cocktail into the glass.
