Ingredients

500 g potatoes
750 g carrots
2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
4 tsp cumin
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp wine vinegar
  salt, to taste
  cayenne pepper, to taste
  To garnish:
  coriander leaves
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Peel the vegetables and cut them into pieces. Put them in a pan with the salt, garlic and water to cover, then boil until soft. Drain and mash, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve cold with hot pitta bread.
