Ingredients

115 g butter
100 g sugar
2 medium eggs
180 ml dry sherry
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Method

In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.

Beat in eggs.

Stir in sherry, lemon peel, and nutmeg.

Heat before serving.
