Ingredients

800 g lemon sole
30 ml olive oil
2 large bay leaves
200 ml dry white wine
  salt and pepper, to taste
  lemon wedges, to serve
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Place a bay leaf on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and place the fish on the tray white skin side down.

Season the fish, drizzle with more oil and place another bay leaf on top of the fish. Pour the white wine over the fish.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Roast the fish for 10-15 minutes or until flesh comes away easily from the bone.

Serve with lemon wedges.
