Very easy, moreish dip, ideal for poppadoms, tikka dishes or salad.

Ingredients

250 ml low fat natural yogurt
2 1/2 tbsp mango chutney
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp mint sauce
1 tsp fresh coriander
2 tsp lemon juice
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min Resting time: ca. 1 hr / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

blend all the ingredients until smooth and refridgerate for at least 1 hour.
