Ingredients

600 g sweet potatoes, cooked, mashed
80 g sugar
60 ml milk
50 g butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 medium eggs, beaten

70 g shredded coconut
150 g brown sugar
50 g butter, melted
120 g pecans, chopped
100 g flour

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: medium / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine cooked sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla and eggs in a bowl. Mix well.

Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish (20 cm).

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine coconut, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans in a bowl and mix well. Sprinkle over sweet potatoes.

Bake for 25 minutes.
