Ingredients

16  tart shells, (puff pastry, graham)
230 g butter, unsalted
100 g sugar
180 g white chocolate
90 ml whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sour cream
2 medium eggs
150 g blackberries
150 g raspberries

Method

Preparation time: ca. 30 min Resting time: ca. 4 hrs / Grade of difficulty: medium / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine chocolate and whipping cream in a small pot over low heat or in the top part of a double boiler. Cook and stir until melted.

Remove from heat and leave to cool to room temperature.

In a bowl, beat together butter and sugar until creamy.

Continue beating while adding flavourings and sour cream.

Add eggs, one at a time and beat for several minutes after each addition.

Spoon mixture into tart shells and top with whole berries. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

Chill for four hours.
