Ingredients

50 g brown sugar
50 g butter
2 tbsp golden syrup
120 ml single cream
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Heat the sugar, butter and syrup together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until fully dissolved.

Boil for 3-5 minutes then allow to cool a little before stirring in the cream.

Pour over your ice cream whilst the sauce is still hot!
