Ingredients

  For the Base:
175 g digestive biscuits, crushed
50 g unsalted butter, melted
  For the Filling:
300 g cream cheese
200 g mascarpone
300 g milk chocolate, melted
100 g dark chocolate, melted
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: medium / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix the base ingredients together and press into the bottom of an 8-inch, 20cm springform cake tin.

Mix the cheeses together in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Fold in the milk chocolate and then stir in the dark chocolate so that streaks are visible.

Spoon into the tin, level the top and chill for at least 2 hours until set, preferably overnight.
