Ingredients

500 g carrots
150 g plain yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cut away ends and peel carrots. Grate carrots. In a bowl combine yogurt, olive oil, mixed herbs, milk and salt. Add carrots and mix well.
