Ingredients

1 l water
250 g grain yellow polenta
4 tbsp butter
240 g cream cheese
  salt, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Heat water over high heat, about 5 minutes. Quickly whisk in the polenta until fully incorporated.

Lower the heat, add the butter and allow the polenta to cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.

Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt to taste.
