Ingredients

60 ml olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 medium shallot, minced
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine the oil, soy sauce, mustard and shallot in a small bowl and mix together well. Use half of the glaze to brush on salmon before cooking and the remaining glaze to spoon over the cooked salmon.
