Stir Fried Beef

Ingredients per portions

750 g sirloin steak, fat trimmed off, cut into thin pieces.
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 clove(s) garlic. minced
1 tsp vinegar
2 medium onions, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Heat oil in a large frying pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add steak, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring beef until brown.

Add onion and tomato and cook for further 3 minutes, whilst stirring.
