Ingredients

500 g asparagus, washed, trimmed, cut into 2cm long pieces
  For the Dressing:
60 g walnuts, finely chopped or crushed
60 ml soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sake
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine crushed walnuts, soy sauce, sugar and sake and blend for 10 seconds in a blender until well combined.

Steam the asparagus for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.

To serve, arrange asparagus in a dish or individual plates and drizzle with the dressing.
