Ingredients

1 kg carrots, peeled, sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp flour
1/2 tsp onion powder
200 ml evaporated milk
  salt and pepper, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, sauté onion in butter until soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring gently, until sauce is slightly thickened and coats carrots well.
