Ingredients

4 large pears, washed, peeled, halved
3 tbsp lemon juice
30 g sugar
50 g butter
150 g cornflakes, crushed
  For the lemon cream sauce:
240 ml sour cream
40 g confectioner's sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 45 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Mix together sugar and lemon juice.

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Dip pears in the lemon juice and sugar mixture and then in butter.

Roll in corn flakes and arrange in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender but not soft.

Lemon Cream sauce:
Beat sour cream and sugar until thick. Add lemon juice and beat well. S

Serve baked pears with lemon cream sauce.
