Chicken Dijon with Capers
| 4 | chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cut into chunks |
| 2 tbsp | butter |
| 4 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
| 200 ml | double cream |
| 2 tbsp | capers, drained |
Method
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chicken in butter on both sides. Add Dijon mustard and stir to coat. Then add cream and stir again to coat. Add capers and stir again. Continue to cook until chicken is done and cooked through.
