Ingredients

120 g butter
6 tbsp milk
200 g brown sugar
300 g confectioners' sugar
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add brown sugar and bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes.

Add milk and bring to boil again whilst stirring constantly.

Transfer to a bowl and cool to lukewarm. Add sifted confectioners' sugar a little at a time, then beat until you have the right spreading consistency.
