Filled Bell Peppers
| 3 large | bell peppers |
| 500 g | mincemeat |
| 200 g | sheep's milk cheese |
| salt and pepper |
Method
Fry mincemeat until brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add sheep's milk cheese and mix well.
Cut off top of bell peppers and clean them out.
Fill bell peppers with mincemeat. Place bell peppers on a baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 225 °C.
