Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce

| 1 | brie |
| 250 ml | Cranberry sauce: |
| 300 g | cranberries |
| 120 ml | maple syrup |
| 120 ml | water |
Method
Cranberry sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer until the cranberries have burst. Help mashing the cranberries with the back of a wooden spoon.
Cook for about 10 minutes, until sauce has thickened a bit. Remove from heat and chill in the fridge to let the sauce set a bit.
Baked Brie:
Lay the puff pastry out flat and place the brie onto it. Spread the cranberry sauce over the the brie and fold the pastry over the top of the brie.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Bake for 25 minutes.
