Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients per portions

100 g flour
100 g sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
120 ml milk
  For the topping:
200 g brown sugar
20 g cocoa
400 ml hot water


Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Combine flour, sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add milk and stir to mix well.

Pour into an ungreased baking pan (22 cm).

Stir together brown sugar and remainig cocoa. Sprinkle over batter and pour hot water over the batter. Do not stir!

Bake for 30-45 minutes.
