Savory Roasted Nuts

Deliciously easy nibbles

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp curry powder
 some Worcestershire sauce
300 g mixed nuts, cashews, walnuts, pecans, almonds
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min Resting time: ca. 8 hrs / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Place them on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Turn them over and bake again for 15 minutes.

Let them dry over night and store them in an airtight container. The nuts can be stored for 2 month.
