Ingredients

  pie crust, 22 cm
600 g rhubarb, washed, sliced
150 g sugar
1 1/4 tbsp flour
3 medium eggs, beaten
 some salt
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Put rhubarb into unbaked pie crust.

Mix sugar, flour and salt in a small bowl.

Beat eggs and add to the flour mixture. Mix well and pour over rhubarb.

Bake for about 50-55 minutes.
