Ingredients

300 ml dry white wine
260 ml double cream
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
115 g Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  salt and pepper, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cook white wine in a saucepan over high heat until reduced by half.

Reduce heat and add cream. Cook until reduced by one-third.

Add parmesan and gorgonzola and stir until cheeses has melted and sauce becomes creamy.
