Ingredients

8 piece(s) Portobello mushrooms or big button mushrooms
250 g ricotta
100 g cream cheese
1 bunch(es) parsley
  salt
  pepper
  paprika
2 clove(s) garlic
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Method

Preparation time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Clean the mushrooms and cut off the stem. Put them in a greased oven dish with the top side of the mushroom down.

Mix all the other ingredients except 1 tbsp of Parmesan in a blender and fill the mixture into the mushrooms.

Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.

Bake in the oven at 180° for 20-30 minutes.
