Carpaccio di Salmone

Easy starter

Ingredients

400 g very fresh raw Salmon
lime, juice and grated peel
lemon, juice
4 tbsp olive oil
  salt
  pepper
1 handful capers or caper-berries
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Put the fresh salmon in the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours. Then slice very thinly. Spread on a plate.

Mix the lime and lemon juice with the olive oil and add salt, pepper and some grated skin of one lime.

Pour over the salmon and decorate with capers or caper-berries. Leave to marinate for minutes before serving.
