Ingredients

115 g butter
230 g cream cheese
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
300 ml milk
180 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to keep the sauce smooth.

Stir in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency.

Serve with hot pasta.
