Ingredients

180 ml balsamic vinegar
180 ml tomato sauce
60 ml honey
red onions, chopped
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp allspice
 some salt and pepper, to taste
 some sugar, to taste
 some butter
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste and cook until thickened, about 15 minutes. Strain, then whisk in some butter.
