Frosty Fizz
| 240 ml | pomegranate juice |
| 8 | clementines, juiced |
| 3 tbsp | sugar |
| 30 ml | Grand Marnier |
| 750 ml | Prosecco |
Method
Spread the sugar over a small plate. Cut one clementine in half and use to rub the rim of 6 glasses. Then dip each glass in the sugar to frost the rim with the sugar.
Combine the liqueur, pomegranate juice and the clementine juice in a jug. Divide equally between 6 glasses and top with Prosecco. Serve immediately.
