Savoy Potato Pot
| 400 g | savoy cabbage, cut into pieces |
| 200 g | single cream |
| 150 ml | vegetable stock |
| 6 medium | potatoes |
| 75 g | diced bacon |
Method
Wash savoy, place in a wide cooking dish. Add vegetable stock and single cream. Let cook at medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Peal and slice potatoes and place in boiling saltwater until cooked. That will take 5-10 minutes, depending on how thick you have sliced the potatoes.
Add potatoes and bacon to the savoy and let cook for another 2 minutes.
