Honey Gingerbread

Ingredients

250 g honey
100 g sugar
125 g hazelnuts, ground
2 tbsp raisins
250 g flour
3 medium eggs
10 g gingerbread spice mix
3 tsp baking soda
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Warm honey, stir in eggs. Mix with rest of ingredients.

Pour on a baking tray, ca. 30 cm x 30 cm.

Preheat oven to 170°C and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Let cool and cut in pieces.
